Winter training begins!

Now the clocks have gone back we are currently unable to row during the weekdays for the training evenings on Wednesdays (the Womens section) and Thursdays (the Mens section) due the lack of daylight. However, we are running circuit training for our members with a variety of floor work, rowing machine and spin bike stints and weights. All our members are welcome and you can work at the level you are comfortable with. Message the Chair if you want to come along as space is limited! Start time 6pm in the gigshed.
